Atau dalam Bahasa Inggerisnya I miss you like crazy. Inilah kesan daripada asyik dengar lagu merapu Mat Saleh di radio Sinar fm. Saya rasa hampir semua pemandu bas di Melaka, tak kiralah bas UTeM ke, bas Tuah ke (bas Tuah ialah omnibus di sini), kalau buka radio mesti dengar Sinar fm. Dalam segmen pagi dia ada slot lagu merapu. Bagi yang tak tahu, slot lagu merapu ni ialah di mana Mat Saleh (alter ego Saleh Yaakub..alamak tak tahu macam mana nak eja nama dia.) menyanyi lagu-lagu Melayu tapi liriknya ditukar secara "direct translation" kepada Bahasa Inggeris.

Dulu masa mula-mula dengar lawak jugalah. Macam lagu pencinta wanita kan ada lirik "aku memang pencinta wanita, tapi aku bukan buaya". Bila di direct translate-kan jadi "i am a woman's lover but i am not a crocodile" . Saya tak ingat apa yang Mat Saleh translatekan, tapi lebih kurang macam nilah. Sekali -sekala dengar bolehlah gelak-gelak lagi, tapi kalau dah setiap hari....! Faham-faham jelah. Kadang-kadang rasa menyampah pun ada. Cuba bayangkan lagu kegemaran kita kena translate macam tu. Tak ke rasa annoying? Ini cuma pendapat saya.

Dah lari tajuk sebenarnya ni. Tujuan saya menulis hari ini ialah untuk mengimbau kenangan lalu dengan lagu lama yang tiba-tiba teringat dan nak dengar. Rindu dengan lagu ni. Nama tajuk dia pun I miss you like crazy nyanyian The Moffats. Saya tujukan lagu ini buat semua yang dirindui. Rindunya nak balik rumah! I miss you like crazy!

Lepas cari lagu ni di YouTube baru tahu yang lagu ni lagu country. Lagu country, yang macam lagu-lagu Taylor Swift tu. Tapi lagu ni dah dicampur dengan elemen pop yang agak kuat. Macam beberapa lagu Taylor Swift pun ada macam ni jugak kot. Ini berdasarkan pendengaran saya la, kalau salah tolong betulkan. Apa-apa pun lagu ni memang best.

Walaubagaimanapun, ada lirik dia yang saya rasa tak sesuai untuk kita nyanyikan. Aik, buat review lirik ke ni??? Macam best pulak nak komen-komen lirik orang. Macam bagus sangat je haha. Tak kisahlah. Contohnya macam yang ni:

I am not a fan of Adam Lambert.
I didn't even followed him in American Idol let alone vote for him or anyone(can a Malaysian in Malaysia vote in American Idol though..????).
Even though I am a Malaysian, I didn't vote for participants in Akademi Fantasia/Mentor/One In A Million too.
What for?
I don't want to waste my money.
I can use the money to buy food.
Then, I can eat the food.
My stomach will be happy.

I haven't watched American Idol for years now.
Not much excited and interested to watch singing-reality shows like I used to anymore.
Boring.
But I enjoy laughing at the people who can't sing but they don't know that they can't sing (or they are just thick-faced), sing and make a fool of themselves in front of the judges and audiences.

Eventhough I didn't watch American Idol, I know who is the runner up. Who?
Adam Lambert of course. How did I know? The Hitz.fm morning Crew is a huge fan of American Idol and they always give update about this reality show although I have no intention to know. Thank you JJ and Ean for the info.

Baru lepas pulang makan tengah hari dari kedai dan tiba-tiba rasa nak menaip-naip di sini pula. Hari ini saya makan nasi lauk ayam panggang + begedil + sayur kobis + sambal belacan. Ambil sambal belacan tu takde lah banyak mana pun tapi kepedasannya terserlah! Habis suku air sirap limau ais diminum untuk melegakan api di dalam mulut. Sayang sebenarnya nak minum air tu masa makan sebab nanti bila dah habis makan nanti tinggal sikit je air yang nak diminum. Tapi situasi mendesak jadi terpaksalah minum.
